You’ll gain hands-on experience in teamwork, communication, youth development, and activity planning—all while having a blast with friends! By completing the LIGHT program, you’ll significantly boost your chances of becoming a Galilee counselor in the future. The LIGHT program features a competitive application process, ensuring that we select dedicated and enthusiastic participants who are truly passionate about becoming Camp Galilee leaders. It also helps our applicants start building job skills. This process will involve a timely application, references, and an interview process.
