Galilee’s summer camping program helps youth develop deep relationships with their peers, caring counselors, the natural world, and God! Each of our programs is carefully planned to create a welcoming community where participants have opportunities to step away from regular life and create new relationships, challenge themselves, learn more about themselves and the world around them, and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. Galilee is a safe and sacred space where all are welcome no matter their race, religion, gender, gender identity, or sexuality.
Campers will experience:
A loving, accepting, and supportive community.
Respect for themselves, others, and God’s creation.
A deeper sense of spirituality.
Personal expression and creativity.
Campers dive into the world around them by engaging in:
Kayaking trips, rock climbing, swimming, overnight experiences, worship services, day hikes, theater and drama, nightly campfires, and teambuilding.
