Cancellation and Refund Policy

The GECCC Cancellation Policy for Youth and Family camps applies to EACH registered camper:

CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel, please contact the registrar as soon as possible. Cancellations made by phone must be confirmed in writing.

1. Cancellations received at least 14 days before the start of the session, receives full refund less $50.00 handling fee.
   
   
2. Received 2-13 days before the session, receives 50% refund.
   
   
3. Received less than two days prior to the session, receives no refund except in medical emergencies when a full refund will be given, minus the $50.00 handling fee.

If the specific camp you request is full, your credit card will not be billed. You will be advised and placed on a waiting list and contacted by the registrar if a space becomes available. Please pay the final balance two weeks before the session starts to ensure the space for your child.
